1. This website is not a US Government Entity and is in no way associated with any US Embassy or US Consulate, we are not a law firm. Our services include a multilingual questionnaire for completing US forms, translated into English. However, they do not encompass legal services, legal advice, or legal representation. American eServices is not a substitute for an attorney or law firm. US visas can be obtained through traditional Government channels without our assistance and without paying our service fees by visiting the state department website.  The information on this site should not be construed as legal advice. American eServices presents information about legal issues as a service to clients, former clients, prospective clients, and other Internet users, i.e., visitors. But the information is provided “as is” without express or implied warranties of any kind. Furthermore, we make no warranty or guarantee that the site will be error free or that any information or material available on, or accessible through, this site is free of viruses or other harmful components. Finally, we make no representations as to the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of that information, and you use this site at your own risk.

You and American eServices further agree to submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of the applicable Dade County courts and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. 12. Class Action Waiver
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under these Terms and Conditions shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to these Terms and Conditions, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise. You agree to an arbitration on an individual basis. In any dispute, NEITHER YOU NOR WE WILL BE ENTITLED TO JOIN OR CONSOLIDATE CLAIMS BY OR AGAINST OTHER USERS IN COURT OR IN ARBITRATION OR OTHERWISE PARTICIPATE IN ANY CLAIM AS A CLASS REPRESENTATIVE, CLASS MEMBER, OR IN A PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL CAPACITY. The arbitral tribunal may not consolidate more than one (1) person’s claims, and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding. The arbitral tribunal has no power to consider the enforceability of this class arbitration waiver and any challenge to the class arbitration waiver may only be raised in a court of competent jurisdiction.

Payment

Your submission of credit card information, or any kind of payment card information, constitutes your authorization for our agency to charge your card for the services ordered and for any related fees or expenses. You further agree to abide by the terms of your card issuer’s agreement. This applies to any fee charged, incurred or paid by our agency for or in any way relating to publication requirements for any document we prepare and/or file at your request whether the filing is ultimately accepted or not.

Refund Policy

If for any reason you wish to cancel a service before we have submitted the application to the Department of State, you can do so by sending a written cancellation request to support@american-eservices.com. You will receive a refund of all prepaid fees, excluding non-refundable Government fees, and less $30 of processing fee for each transaction.
If you decide to cancel after the applications have been submitted to the Department of State, NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN.
No service fees, embassy fees, courier fees, shipping charges or any portion thereof will be refunded after your application have been submitted to the Department of State.

Cancellation Procedure

A full refund will be processed to all users who have made their application through this website in case of application denial by the Government.

Once you have submitted your application with us, it is assumed and agreed that we will begin the submission process within 2 hours. If for any reason you wish to cancel the service before we have submitted the application to the Department of State, you will receive a refund of all prepaid fees, less $30 of processing fee for each transaction.

Should you decide to request a refund after your application has been submitted, you can apply to be considered for receiving a refund of agency service fees.

If you wish to request a refund, email us here indicating the following:

  • Your reason for the request.

  • Your full names (as appears in your passport)

  • Your unique transaction ID (on your payment receipt)

For multiple requests, please indicate all transaction IDs.

All refund requests will be evaluated within 72 hours.
